Care Workers Temp Recruitment Process

Candidate Profiles

We will send you a selection of profiles of suitable candidates.

2.

Telephone Interviews

You inform us of the candidate wish to interview and a suitable date and time

3.

Order Confirmation

You confirm the start date of the candidate and sign our order confirmation.

4.

Compliance and Documentation

We send all relevant documentation and training certificates.

5.

Accommodation and Travel

We assist you with finding accommodation and organising travel.

6.

Candidate Arrives

The candidate arrives and is ready to start work.

HTC CRITERIA

All HCAs have the following as standard
  • Care Certificate training or equivalent
  • Min. 12 months healthcare experience
  • Min. 12 months healthcare experience
  • Right to work in the UK​.
  •  

SENIOR CARER CRITERIA

All Senior Carers have the following as standard​
  • Level 3 in Heath & Social Care or equivalent
  • Min. 12 months healthcare experience
  • Right to work in the UK​.
  •  

HTC CRITERIA

All HCAs have the following as standard
  • Care Certificate training or equivalent
  • Min. 12 months healthcare experience
  • Min. 12 months healthcare experience
  • Right to work in the UK​.
  •  

SENIOR CARER CRITERIA

All Senior Carers have the following as standard​
  • Level 3 in Heath & Social Care or equivalent
  • Min. 12 months healthcare experience
  • Right to work in the UK​.
  •  

1. WHAT ARE THE HOURLY RATES?

Our hourly rates are as follows:

      1. HCAs: £14.75 per hour - Days; £15.75 per hour - Nights
      2. Senior Carers: £18.50 per hour

2. HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT??

We work on a 3-month initial contract. If all parties are happy, the contract will roll over every further 3 months indefinitely.

 
 

3. WHAT ELSE DOES MEDIMIGRATE PROVIDE?

We do all the admin and compliance to ensure our candidates are ready to hit the ground running.

We take care of:

  1. Arranging all interviews
  2. Candidate Training - including the Care Certificate
  3. DBS checks
  4. Candidate insurance
  5. National insurance, holidays and PAYE

Plus, if a placement doesn't work out we will find you a replacement

Nurses Temp Recruitment Process

We ensure compliance checks on the candidate and province the client with all relevant documents and references.

4.

Travel Assistance

We assist the candidate in booking their travel.

5.

Accommodations Sourcing

We work with all parties in relation to accommodation requirements.

6.

Candidate Arrives

The candidate arrives and is ready to start work.

NURSE CRITERIA

All nurses have the following as standard:
  • Nursing Diploma
  • Minimum 12 months nursing experience
  • NMC Pin
  • Right to work in the UK​.
  •  

1. WHAT ARE THE COSTS INVOLVED?

Our hourly rates for nurses are as follows:

  • £31.00 per hour

2. HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT?

We work on a 3-month initial contract. If all parties are happy, the contract will roll over every further 3 months indefinitely.
